How do I place an order?

Start by using the menu at the top or the search to find brands and collections you like. If you don't know what you're looking for, you might be able to gather some inspiration from our blog.

When you've found an item you like, click the "details" button to get more information such as dimensions and specs. You are also able to download a tearsheet with the details info as a PDF. Click "buy" and customize the product to your preference. In many cases, you can choose from color and material selections as well as add-ons. Add your personalized item to your cart by clicking the dedicated button.

After you're done browsing our curated items and have all the items you'd like in your cart, click the shopping cart in the right-hand menu to review your cart. Proceed by clicking "checkout", no worries, you'll be able to review your order one more time. We'll need some basic contact information as well as a billing and shipping address. We recommend creating an account with us to speed up the process for subsequent orders. Alternatively, you can checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, ACH (not online) and Wire (not online).

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

For orders placed online, your credit card will be charged shortly after confirmation. When you place your order over the phone or email, you will be charged 50% after confirmation and the remaining balance at shipment.

How will my furniture be shipped & delivered?

We ship everything on our site anywhere in the United States for free except Alaska and Hawaii. No minimums. Express shipping costs extra regardless of the item. Smaller items ship via UPS, but most of our furniture is shipped via common carriers. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

What is your return policy?

Because we drop-ship so many of our products directly from the manufacturer, our return policy varies depending upon the item. Refer to our return policy for details. 

Do you offer swatches for furniture and flooring?

Yes, we do! If you need fabric or finish samples, please email or call us and we’ll get those sent out within 1-2 business days. You can order flooring swatches off of our website by clicking the “order swatches” button on the weave page you prefer.

Do you ever have sales?
