California Privacy Notice

Consumers residing in California are afforded certain rights with respect to their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This section applies to the extent the CCPA applies to you and your personal information (as that term is defined in the CCPA).

Your rights under the CCPA

In addition, you have the right to access that information free of charge or to have that information deleted under certain circumstances, subject to the restrictions provided by the CCPA. Please keep in mind that the use of personal information may be required in order to provide you with certain services and that the deletion of information may limit our ability to provide these services to you. For example, if you request that we delete information about a purchase you made, we may not be able to process a return for that purchase.

Submitting a Request and Contact Information

We may request information to verify your identity before responding to a request. Information required to verify your request may include, for example, your name and email address. An authorized agent may also submit a request on your behalf, provided that you must provide the authorized agent with signed, written permission to make such requests or a power of attorney. We may also contact you to verify your identity before processing the authorized agent’s request.
