Do you charge tax?

We do not charge tax unless you are a Washington state customer. Members of our trade program in Washington can have sales tax waived if they submit a reseller certificate.

Can I get a quote?

Our helpful sales team are on call from 8:30am- 5pm PST, please give us a call within those hours. After working through what you'd like to order we are happy to send you an offcial quote. Alternativly you can get a custom quote by adding any item to your cart. If it's an upholstered piece or hardwood piece, you can enter the customizations you'd like to make with our custom furniture builder before adding it. Once placed in the cart, you can see your discounted price by entering your trade discount code. If you prefer, you can also get a quote by emailing us.

How do I/ Can I place a trade order online?

Trade orders can be easily and securely placed online. Once you have registered a trade account, you will receive a code to input at checkout for your trade discount. If you prefer to place your order over the telephone, you may do so by calling 800-555-6653 or emailing us.

How do I pay for my order?

Orders placed online are paid via credit card or paypal. We accept all major credit cards. Email or Phone orders can be placed using a credit card authorization form or wire transfer. Until you account with us is established, wire and proforma payments are required in full before your order will be shipped. You are welcome to "guarantee" your payment with a credit card for earlier release. Please contact with inquiries.

Can I get fabric swatches or finish samples?

Upon approval of your account, you'll recieve a $30 credit for floorcovering swatches. These can be ordered online, just use your trade code to recieve the free swatches. We can send you finish samples for our indoor and outdoor furniture lines. Please contact customer service if you are interested in finish samples. We send USPS priority mail same day, if you prefer an overnight FedEx service, please provide your FedEx number and type of service you prefer (1st overnight, standard overnight, ect.)

Can I confirm and post date PO's?

Yes, many people do this to hold stock of outdoor furniture in the winter. Designers also like to do this sometimes before a job is completed and have the goods shipped upon completion. This is a great way to assure that the stock is available when you want it and are ready for it. Otherwise stock levels change daily and are harder to guarantee. Any confirmed order can be released at any specified date, with a 50% deposit.


  • Free Freight: is curbside delivery and is only applied at the silver level discounting.
  • White Glove: Quoted on request, starts at $250.00 Please note any special requests beyond furniture or rug(s) being placed and debris removed. For example, furniture needing to be moved.
  • International: Please add what you'd like to your cart and then click where it says, I'm an international customer and here is my cart. We will email you back with a freight quote for what you've specified.
