Contact us immediately. We strongly encourage you to inspect deliveries for signs of damage while the driver is still there, and to note any rips or tears to the packaging on the freight bill. If in doubt, write "pending inspection" next to your name when signing for delivery. (If there is obvious damage, refuse the shipment completely, and contact us right away.) If something is indeed wrong, hang on to the packaging, since it may be needed as evidence if a freight damage claim needs to be filed. Once you've contacted us, we can contact the appropriate vendor about getting you a replacement.
