True to Shaker tradition, we use locally harvested wood to make our furniture. We shun lower grades and use wide boards that highlight the natural beauty of the cherry. The constraints of mass production often force other suppliers to use lower-grade, narrower boards, robbing furniture of much of the grace that comes with natural wood. All of our furniture is handcrafted to order from solid Appalachian black cherry. Choose from five hand-applied wood finishes.
